Role Description
Providing the FP&A productivity department with actional insights and recommendations based on financial/non-financial data to generate productivity ideation and delivery for the regions and responsible for Hygiene productivity reporting
Purpose & Accountabilities
Delivering meaningful insights into actions that improve the earnings model of the organization through productivity. Responsible for productivity reporting including forecast and planning cycles. Establish governance around the processes of the Hygiene BU and connect the regional leads to identify and flag possible risks and opportunities in the financial commitments. Strong business partnering with functional owners and regional leads to ensure continuous productivity pipeline that directly contributes to the P&L. Manage a direct report that supports reporting and assist in data gathering & analytics
Key Outputs / Deliverables
- Converting insights & analytics into hypothesis across several business domains and FPIs
- Analysing multiple data sources including external and internal benchmark studies to identify the next productivity chapter
- Business partner closely with Global COE owners and Functional owners to discuss feasibility of opportunities and avoid overlapping work
- Propose productivity business case to FD productivity and Steerco
- Coordination and deployment of central productivity initiatives to the respective owners
- Report and forecast productivity for the Hygiene BU with the support of 1 direct report
- Identify risks and opportunities in the financial commitments in conjunction with close relationships with the respective FP&A lead in the area
- Design governance and framework to ensure data integrity and adherence to the productivity valuation principles
- Implement solution on improving the way we can track and see the productivity gains in the GMVA/P&L

- Generate productivity opportunities mapped to business strategy of the company
- Ability to build and combine soft skills with analytical skills and use integrative thinking to convert findings to actions with your key business partners across levels and functions.
- Strong framework and governance with key metrics of forecast accuracy and early warning of risks/opps
