About the role

レキットジャパンの営業として、担当エリアのキーアカウント（顧客）を管理し、製品の売上と利益を最大化する。主要顧客に対する販売計画の立案と実施、顧客との強固なパートナーシップの構築を担当する。

Your responsibilities

1. 担当顧客に対する売上目標およびKPIの達成。
2. 顧客ニーズ、ブランド戦略、消費者ニーズに基づき、顧客ごとにWin-Winの戦略を立案し、顧客とのパートナーシップを構築する。
3. インセンティブなどのリソースを効果的に活用し、会社のPLに貢献する。
4. 優先度の高い製品（MSL = Must Sell Stock lines）の消費者への露出を最大化する。
5. 製品・ブランドの動向に関する市場状況をセールスマネージャーに提供する。
6. 顧客からの既存製品に関する問い合わせに迅速、効果的、正確に対応する。
7. 顧客からの問い合わせに対し、適切な製品の選択、サンプリングを行い、それに応じた見積りを提供する。
8. 強力なロイヤルティを構築するため、顧客との効果的な関係を構築し、その維持に努める。
9. タイムリーかつ適切な売掛金の回収。
10. 販売、価格、契約、支払いの合意。
11. 納期やアフターサービスに関する顧客への連絡。

• FMCG（消費財）業界での営業経験（３年以上）
• 顧客との交渉
