Assistant Brand Manager

PURPOSE:
Assistant Brand Manager, who operates brand as true business leaders with consultation / support of Brand Manager. The role of the brand team is not only operation of brand business but also defining brand vision, goal, strategy for long term growth in personal care category.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DEGREE OF INFLUENCE:
- The ABM is expected to have several important brand projects (including new product launches / mass marketing programs). The ABM collaborates as Marketing Department as well as multi functions.
- TV CM and other creative development with advertising agency.
- Marketing strategy, plan, and execution.
- Product / Marketing initiative development and management.
- Innovation pipeline and consumer understanding.
- In-store marketing development and management.
- Trade catalog and marketing presentation to Sales department.
- Competitors activity update.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree or above
EXPERIENCE: Marketing experiences in consumer goods company is preferable (2-3 years)
KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCES:
- Strong intellectual capability
- Effective Business English
- Capacity to handle multi projects
- Leadership as project leader
