Continuous Improvement Projects Manager

About the Job: 
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you´ll be accountable for finding new productivity ideas, driving, implementing, and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives & projects in entire supply organization as well as being a strong ambassador to make CI as a mindset in the organization and across other Reckitt markets to benefit from benchmarking, getting best practices from region. 

Responsibility covers but not limited with; supporting organization to be creative on new projects, follow up efficiency of operations and propose if any improvement is required, facilitating trainings (Kaizen, 6 sigma etc.) to make CI as a living thing, deploying process improvement projects (like 3PL tenders, customer centric projects & IT projects) to make supply operations simple, better, cheaper. 


Major Key Accountabilities:
•    Being ambassador for supply organization, follow up projects with owners & give update in CI specific in all productivity related platforms, 
•    Implement and sustain Continuous Improvement initiatives and activities across business, 
•    Ensure projects are well recorded in collaboration with finance teams in productivity tracking system (Anaplan etc.) & follow up monthly phasing is updated according to actuals, 
•    Accountable for tracking all CI Projects and reporting progress to leadership team, 
•    Lead workshops, trainings, meetings, events, with sites teams to support standardization and CI, and bridge gaps between expectations and reality.
•    Together with the supply team, analyze the ‘as is’ in terms of warehousing, import/ export, customer satisfaction, process standardization and execution, functional organization, wastes and inefficiencies etc: Identify current process and/or gaps and propose “to be” for improvement, 
•    Facilitate successful Kaizen, Gemba walks and rapid improvement process events; acting as an advisor to cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in a compressed timeline, to identify, diagnose and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
•    Provide thought leadership and serve as a change agent at specific organizational productivity councils, monthly meetings, 
•    Drive and share best practices through all sites; proactively identify and promote sharing of learnings and best practices across sites and region.


Qualifications
•    BS Degree from an accredited college/university,
•    At least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant business discipline e.g. Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain management, and/or finance,
•    Fluent in English, 
•    Database and Data Analysis capabilities desirable,
•    Excellent software skills on MS office tools (especially Excel & Power point), 
•    Good presentation skills, 
•    Must be highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills,
•    Self-starter able to work independently with minimum supervision,
•    Ability to quickly develop and execute a plan amongst ever changing priorities,


 Preferred experience: 

  • Facilitating Kaizen workshops, productivity trainings, site Gemba walks, 
  • Project Management, 
  • Supply Chain Project Management,
  • Implementing large supply projects (warehouse tenders, GTM changes etc.),
  • Lean Six Sigma certification as a green belt is plus.
