Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

•    Ensures activity grid per customer per brand in cooperation with account managers and Offline TMM Manager 
•    Control and allocate of the per customer TS%NR in close cooperation with the Account Managers 
•    Formula mastery: constantly monitors and acts on formula, partnering with PX, sales and marketing to improve KPI's
•    In Platform Activation: defines and implements activation strategy by channel based on insights and objectives
•    Influence the wider company to deliver ecom specific NPDs in line with consumer and market needs 
•    Build launch plans: volumes, P&L, support model and budget needs.
•    5P + C delivery: Presence, Placement, Product, Promotion, Performance Marketing and Content 
•    For local launch (e.g. embellishment), be the local project owner and coordinator.
•    Communicate and coordinate with eCom Account Manager supply to ensure quick speed to market and support plan (promo, media, content) is in place and executed.
•    Leads all brand assets creations on do phase of the funnel in collaboration with performance marketing and graphic designer.
•    Entire eHub processes should be leaded by eCom Brand Managers
•    Track performance vs KPI and propose corrective actions to maximize impact
•    Media investments: define strategy, propose budget, campaigns set up, management and optimization together with Performance Marketing Manager
•    Test and learn propose new approaches, test them and scale if successful together with Performance Marketing Manager
•    Content creation, localization and execution/implementation, in collaboration with account managers, build financial forecasts including NR, GM, BEI by brand by customer.
•    Break the financials plans by month by brand and needs to work with account manager to deliver the targets.
•    Market Share Delivery
•    This role should also equip herself with brand strategy and expertise then translate this information to all the ecommerce channels whether it is egrocery, marketplace or ondemand etc.
•    Performs ongoing ROI analysis across a broad range of activities to guide effective commercial outcomes - and support trade spend optimization objectives

Your responsibilities

- Craft and cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with key e-commerce accounts, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Propel sales forward by executing strategic account plans that contribute to Reckitt's and our clients' growth.
- Team up with various internal departments to enhance product presence, ensuring engaging promotions and effective marketing tactics.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce market trends, applying your insights to Reckitt's approach and offerings.
- Maintain platform compliance while enhancing the online shopping journey for customers.

- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Proven abilities in nurturing client relationships and skillfully negotiating.
- Adept at data interpretation, comfortable with e-commerce analytics and constructing meaningful reports.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on solving challenges and seizing market opportunities.
- Collaborative by nature, skilled in partnering with diverse teams towards a unified goal.
