HR Director Turkey

We are looking for a HR Director for our Turkish Business! 

In this position you will partner with the General Manager, and her leadership team and will be focussed on the development and execution of HR strategies that drive the engagement of stakeholders. Managing around 20 people, this position requires leadership qualities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. 

You will be responsible for overseeing the continued development and strengthening of Reckitt strong performance-based culture, ensuring this region has the leadership capability and organizational capacity to deliver its business objectives. 

Ensuring HR strategy is in line with and supports long term business strategy. You will be responsible for proactively translating business objectives into people plans, defining skills, and competencies required for now and the future as well as proactively managing the talent pool across all geographies and functions.
 
Responsibilities 


- Business partnership, acting as a strong and challenging partner to ensure effective delivery of the HR agenda in line with business objectives
- Providing coaching and direction on all people management and development
- Define HR structure and the skills and competencies required to effectively deploy HR talent in support of business objectives 
- Manage, coach & develop a team of high functioning direct reports
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure enhanced organizational effectiveness Builds Reckitt as an “Employer of Choice”, developing our attraction and retention approach and methods
- Management of talent development activities including preparation and facilitation of the talent review process through functional talent review meetings and one on ones and developing career and succession plans for the respective function
- Co-ordinating training needs analysis and training plans for the function in line with the functional training curriculum, working closely with the Global Talent team
- Assess and develop effective plans to drive employee engagement
- Facilitating the annual performance review process (PDR) for the function and providing communication and training support to line management and employees 


Is this You?


- Demonstrable experience in Human Resources in a fast-moving environment with a strong emphasis on HR strategy and talent development
- Strong communication skills; must be a confident communicator who is able to deliver clear messages with executive presence 
- Shows an understanding and ability to anticipate needs of internal customer groups, being quick to respond and follows through on commitments
- Tenacity and resilience, must be able to respond robustly to pressure
- Agility to act in a strategic and tactical capacity as needed and toggle between the two with the ease and efficiency
