About the role

Your core focus is to Own & Drive Traffic Acquisition strategy for E-commerce business within Media Team, through In-platform and Out-platform media; collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibility is to ensure In-platform media with higher ROAS are fully leveraged & exhausted; Out-platform means are optimized for ROAS and Click Through Rate. 

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Be an active member of Media team, responsible for Hygiene brands (Finish, Vanish, Airwick, Lysol, Cillit Bang, Calgon, Marc MC) demonstrating ‘growth hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset
  • Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to Performance Marketing; own in-platform and out-platform spend; maintain forward forecast by Brand / Brand Segment at SKU level 
  • Apply E-commerce Traffic model to work back from the sales target to identify traffic targets & optimization opportunities while maintaining an optimal spend mix
  • Craft and cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with key e-commerce accounts, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Propel sales forward by executing strategic account plans that contribute to Reckitt's and our clients' growth.
  • Team up with various internal departments to enhance product presence, ensuring engaging promotions and effective marketing tactics.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce market trends, applying your insights to Reckitt's approach and offerings.
  • Maintain platform compliance while enhancing the online shopping journey for customers.

The experience we're looking for

•    Must be a proactive self-starter with can-do attitude; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit; 
•    Must have some experience and exposure to Digital Media, Paid Search, Re-targeting, Publishers and Affiliates
•    Hands on experience of Programmatic and Digital buying is preferred
•    Strong analytical and data mining attitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
•    Command over Data & Insights tools, particularly Excel
•    Hands-on digital marketing experience, specifically campaign management on major paid media platforms (Google, Meta, Tiktok etc.)
•    In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, E-mail marketing and Social Media.
•    Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and etc.
•    Experience of working with dominant E-commerce player and having media agency backround is an advantage
•    Strong inter-personal skills, able to independently engage internal and external stakeholders
