This position is responsible for owning Comms for Vanish, leading the development of creative idea and core creative assets for all activations ensuring full funnel requirements/ sufficiency with receiver markets, & leading the deployment of full toolkits to IMEX for localization. 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Leading partner for the GBD Masterbrand and work.
  • Creative AOR to deliver Creative & Comms
  • Lead partner with the l&A consumer insights to fuel our Creative & Comms.
  • Lead partner for the Design and Shopper teams.
  • Lead partner for Markets on Creative & Comms related topics.

 

Insight:

  • Contribute to a live bank of powerful consumer insights to fuel our Equity, Creative & Comms

 

Comms Planning:

  • Define Activation Roadmap and Timing to enable Area/Market targets
  • Lead with Comms Planning team the GLA, including ROI and GSM recommendation
  • Drive recommendation on Support Model by Market considering local requirements
  • Consolidate Comms learnings from the Markets and inform future decisions

 

 

Comms Development

  • Lead the development of Creative Idea, Core Creative Assets and core communication for all Activations (TVC/Video, KV/ In-store/ Digital /ecomm Templates & others TBD by project) ensuring full funnel requirements/ sufficiency with receiver markets
  • Co-lead the l&A qualification requirements and action accordingly across multi-markets

 

Comms Deployment

  • Provide Activation Toolkits (Innovation/ BDls) tailored by market cluster/ Job to be Done. MMR like process to collect feedback, finding supplier, creating POSM catalogue for markets to order. Localization done by Markets.
  • Deploy Master Asset toolkit to markets for localization (Comms & Design)

 

Partnerships

  • Lead our key Area partnerships to maximise impact on Equity and Performance. Ensure IMEX teams fully enabled through timely guidelines and toolkits.
  • Develop and deploy brand partnership guidelines and best practices.

What we're looking for:

Marketing experience: 

  • Must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment, including experience on the brand or the broader category.
  • Experience in growing brands and categories.
  • Experience with performance marketing and how to drive sustainable growth.

 

Brand Equity and Creative & Comms Experience:

  • Must be able to demonstrate Brand Equity and Creative & Comms skills developed within the FMCG environment.
  • Experience in managing iconic brands.
  • Experience in Creative & Comms development and execution.

The skills for success

  • Strong leadership skills, outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization (CDO, MX, Sales, Key Lead Markets, Agencies) - strong interpersonal skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong sense of urgency and achievement.
