Do you love to use data and insight to drive continual improvements in what we do and how we do it? If so, at Reckitt you have the opportunity to do this with some of the UK's most loved brands. 

 

You will sit in the Consumer Engagement Team and be our data expert, working in partnership with our Brands to define and lead the business and brand data strategies with an emphasis on 1P acquisition and activation. 

Your responsibilities

Within the role there are three key areas of focus: 

 

  • Define a data acquisition strategy across all brands, recommending ways in which existing/planned and incremental media activity could support data acquisition tactics 

  • Deliver workshops to define the CX roadmap and consumer value proposition with brands 

  • Manage the day to day execution of direct marketing including newsletters, trigger campaigns, transactional emails in line with KPIs 

  • Consult with key stakeholders in the regional and global teams to understand First-Party Data Roadmap and to impact/influence local roadmap according to global learnings 

  • Lead the development of new use cases for first party data capture in line with strategic requirements 

The experience we're looking for

What experience and skills are essential to be successful in this role? 

  • Have built strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 

  • Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholder management 

  • 5+ years of working at a leading agency or client 

  • Results-oriented with a demonstrable track record of success 

  • Commercial understanding and ability to link media to business impact
