You will be responsible for the development, deployment, and optimisation of paid search campaign strategy with the support of Search Lead. You will set up and manage campaigns on a variety of search engines (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Search, Citrus Ads, etc.). You will deliver reporting and analyse campaign results with a view to develop actionable insights and prepare presentations and leading on performance calls and face to face meetings. You'll support Search Lead with competitive research, recommendations, and improvements to develop T&L roadmaps for markets. You'll also support Search Lead with market research and forecast for annual year planning. You will pro-actively identify opportunities for account growth and development across  your team’s portfolio of accounts and manage budget and performance trackers to ensure campaigns are accurately paced and optimised. You will support Search Lead to onboard new markets and complete audits and restructures based on briefs (for new onboarding markets). You will create and update media plan and reconciliation accurately and in a timely manner and manage relationship with agency partner and provide them guidance on optimisation approach. You'll also build trusted relationships with all key stakeholders and functions internally including local marketing and brand teams - to support our goals and service deliver. You will develop a strong relationship with our partners and technology vendors - leverage new insights, learnings, and beta opportunities and you'll collaborate with local marketing / brand, and creative teams to collect all content and assets required for new campaigns and product launches - monitoring local content approval to ensure readiness. You will work closely with Data team and SEO team and other digital channel team to integrate insight into search strategy.


You’ll succeed because…

… You have experience working with sizeable paid search budgets, and managing multiple accounts and markets. You have experience working with Search and Data platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Amazon Search, Citrus Ads, Google Analytics, GMC. You have hands-on experience and expert knowledge of paid search including bidding strategies, optimisation and testing methods and account management. You've got a proven track record of improving keyword quality scores and increasing return from advertising spend. You're a highly motivated individual with a growth mindset who has the determination to make a positive difference to the team and business. You have strong analytical, reporting and analysis skills. You've got experience managing and prioritising own workload and managing vendors / partner agencies and strong client management, stake holder management and communications skills. You are curious by nature. You’ve a passion for digital media. You are ambitious and motivated, hungry to take on responsibility in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. You are also action-oriented, a pragmatic problem solver and share our drive to succeed.
