Want to make finance count? On our Finance Graduate Scheme, you’ll have the freedom to make your expertise add something special. You will have the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world’s most leading consumer products. Including Dettol, Nurofen, Vanish, Strepsils, Gaviscon, Durex, Clearasil, Veet, Harpic, Cilit Bang, Finish, Calgon, Air Wick and many more.

You’ll take responsibility for financial, analytical and reporting projects from the outset, gaining new skills and experience. The focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support and mentoring of our experienced team. During this 3-year scheme you will rotate around the different finance teams at multiple Reckitt sites and Reckitt will sponsor you for CIMA certification. 

 You will...

•    Tell the story behind the data, providing the financial intelligence we depend on to make critical choices 

•    Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting 

•    Support our planning cycle, collaborate with other finance teams and manage compliance and controls projects 

•    Your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and manage our costs. 

You will succeed because…

•    You have a strong academic background with a background in a financial or mathematical subject. 

•    Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot things others miss 

•    Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, willing to share your views and influence others using facts and data.

Please note: 

The scheme will begin on Monday 2nd September 2024. 

The assessments for this will be in person during the month of November 2023.
