Future Leaders Development Manager
Slough, Berkshire

In this role you will be leading and designing a future leaders curriculum including consistent global future leader programmes and integrated learning pathways. You will partner with Talent Directors, Talent CoE and the business stakeholders to identify, plan and deliver CoE future leaders’ development solutions consistently across the organisation. Leading the design, evaluation and deployment of Reckitt’s existing three Future leader development programmes at a global level. This includes: 
•    Managing the annual nomination process 
•    Working with HR, Talent and external partners to build a programme calendar for the year and project managing the execution of that plan 
•    Partnering with external vendors to design and deliver the Future Leader Development Programme 
•    Evaluating the impact of the programmes and evolving accordingly 
•    Design, evaluation and deployment of our two externally delivered Inclusiveness programmes designed to accelerate the careers of women at Reckitt. 
 
Utilising the new technology and innovative learning approaches enabled by HR transformation to design and deliver engaging learning experiences 
Manages the communication plan, change approach and implementation plan to support future leaders’ development initiatives
