Reporting into the GFS Finance Controller the GFS Finance & Vendor Manager will play a key role in supporting and managing the business relationships with selected key strategic vendors owning contract compliance and changes and governance of these suppliers to not only generate maximum value through cost and benefit realisation but also ensure the quality of delivery of the key GFS contracts.
 

This role plays a critical function to ensure successful delivery of the GFS end to end shared services operating model and the GFS Vision of World Class Shared Services.  

Scope and Accountability:
•    Ensure future services from our strategic partnerships provide the maximum value from both a performance and pricing perspective. Supplier performance will be measured against contractual and aspirational service delivery target
•    Manage the governance and performance reporting with strategic partnerships and vendors. Assist in agreeing and monitoring supplier improvement plans, where required
•    Ensure where changes to Vendors occur that these are understood and clearly defined and where necessary collaborate with Programme Excellence to enable successful delivery of change projects and programmes
•    Support the GFS Financial Controller in the delivery of the Reckitt Finance Vision and Future Finance Operating Model changes through creation of solid governance and change 
•    Proactively collaborate across GFS’s Process Towers to ensure impacts from the team’s portfolio of fast moving, business critical projects and initiatives are clear, ensuring consistency of messaging and the alignment of understanding of what the changes mean
•    Provide support to the GFS leadership and wider GFS Finance & New Business team in delivering strong governance over process or system changes
•    Support in management of our significant vendors within GFS including but not limited to IBM, High Radius, Wipro, Blackline & Infosys
•    Vendor and contract management inclusive of planning and review, maintenance, obligations and hygiene, price and service negotiation, issues, and dispute resolution – both external and internal
•    Report on supplier performance through a clear set of scorecards (SLA’s) and reporting mechanisms as well as supporting the delivery of continuous improvement and productivity initiatives to drive cost and quality optimisation
•    Add value by supporting GFS leadership in optimizing important key service metrics such as Cost to Serve and Cost Per Invoice and ensure services from Vendors provide the maximum value from both a performance and pricing perspective

•    You have demonstrable success leading and engaging a team of direct reports.
•    You have the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through superior communication and presentation skills.
•    You have experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential. 
•    You are a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with minimum 3 years PQE
•    You have proven experience of project accounting desirable.
•    Microsoft Office literacy essential and SAP, JDE, HFM knowledge desirable
