Helping Reckitt prepare for UK SOX, as part of the IT controls team as an IT&D Automation, AI, and Robotics Manager. This role will entail supporting the IT controls transformation programme and BAU activities.

The IT Automation, AI and Robotics Manager is responsible for supporting the team in the development and deployment of automation, AI and robotics solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT Controls and support business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automation, AI, and robotics technologies, as well as experience in leading, managing working within teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy automation solutions that meet the specific requirements of UK SOX compliance.
• Develop and implement automation solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT Controls environment. 
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope for IT controls automation projects.
• Monitor and maintain automation solutions surrounding IT Controls.
• Stay up to date on the latest automation, AI, and robotics technologies.
• Support the team in the development and deployment of AI and robotics solutions that support business goals and objectives. 
• Provide strategic leadership for the team.

How the IT Controls Automation Manager will use automation to drive IT controls:

• Automate the execution of IT controls tests, such as testing provision and revocation of access, privileged access and change management over ERP and bespoke IT environments. 
• Use AI and machine learning to identify and mitigate risks to IT systems and controls.
• Deploy robotic process automation (RPA) to automate repetitive tasks such as:
o Using RPA to identify and mitigate risks to IT controls. For example, using RPA to monitor IT systems for suspicious activity or to identify potential IT SOX violations.
o Using RPA to create a tamper-proof audit trail of IT transactions and helping to improve the reliability and transparency of IT controls.
• Using APIs to create test scripts to automate the execution of a series of IT control tests.
