The IT&D Continuous Improvement Product Line Manager is responsible for all products within the Production Execution scope, ensuring that the end-to-end value for each Product is delivered from ideation to retirement. They develop and maintain a robust understanding of their functional area, aligning product strategy to the wider business functional goals. They are the key point of contact for the Product Managers beneath them, managing the demands of their business aligned counterparts, alongside the requirements of the Product Managers beneath them, acting as a single senior point of contact for the business to reduce complexity and foster strong relationships. They provide direction to the Product Managers beneath them to translate both business requirements into technology solutions and explain complex IT solutions to non-technical resources. They are accountable for the financial performance of their Product Line, directly reporting all budgetary decisions to their respective Product Group/Product Stream Lead.
You’ll succeed because…
• Implementation of short term and long-term high-level MOM Product Line strategy and vision, alongside roadmaps
• Building a global template for multiple BU’s, managing global vs local variations, ensuring IT deliverables for both template building and deployment are managed within specified scope, quality and time. Design & build of the global template, consolidating existing apps under MoM strategy
• Applies product management discipline to full scope of accountability and to each product within the product line and proactively manages product life cycle
• Continuous improvement through innovative and data driven practices. Oversees the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the products and the product group deliver
• Maintenance of an IT&D Governance process that enables prioritisation
• Clear decision-making within the MOM Product Line, including decisions on the Product Group IT&D budget
• Ensures that the integration between products and platforms works
• Security compliance and risk-management of all in-flight projects within their scope you’ve a unique combination of technical, leadership and business skills.

• SAP know how in regards to integration and interfaces touchpoints
• High level of engagement with OT, production, quality and logistics stakeholders, collaboration with factory Ops, regional and local
• Deep experience in end-to-end technology development
• Strong understanding of emerging software engineering methodologies and principles
