IT&D RGM team is a key enabler for Reckitt to provide the right products and tools to future pricing and promotion planning and measurement capabilities for markets and brands globally.

 

The team is organized in 2 main product lines i.e. Revenue Core and Revenue Accelerate, which scope spans from consumer data collection to financial and promotion data measurement and insights and work closely with the global sales function and in-market RGM, trade marketing and customer account teams.

 

The JBP and eRB Product Manager will be responsible to define and execute the vision for Reckitt future RGM ecosystem full funnel, creates the product vision and convey that vision stakeholders and scrum team, collaborates with the development team and Scrum Master to develop, design, build and launch advanced analytics applications.

• Acts as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders and builds and maintains relationships with them 
• Observes, learns about, contacts and analyzes end users of the product
• Gathers user requirements and translates them into user stories
• Decides what to build and what not to
• Creates, maintains and prioritizes the product backlog together with scrum team
• Specifies acceptance criteria for each user story
• Clearly communicates the requirements to the team
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders
• Participates in sprint meetings 
• Tracks and measures product progress
• Coaches development and design teams with detailed guidance during the product development
• Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
