This role provides the opportunity for a highly experienced professional to be the key strategic partner between our Global sales & IT&D community, partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive a strategy that enhances our capability to make decisions driven from data. Driving the Customer Analytics agenda this role will lead a team that delivers customer value using data, insights and modern AI and ML technology platforms.

In your day to day you will ...

• Develop strong partnerships with Global Sales and Regional IT teams and will drive the global customer analytics product line strategy across Reckitt. 
• Provide clarity & transparency to all stakeholders , ensuring an aligned approach towards achieving strategic objectives.  
• Be the custodian of customer analytics data foundations, architecture, and product roadmaps 
• Lead a team with the ethos of creating customer value, adoption, and satisfaction 
• Have strong commercial acumen and will be able to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to develop data-driven customer strategies and tactics
• Strategically plan and drive advanced AI and ML products across key markets facilitating data driven decisions within sales operating models. 
• Own and continuously improve data & cloud architecture to adapt to ever changing industry trends. 
• Leads or participate in brainstorming/workshop sessions that identify new opportunities for the business 
• Stays abreast of industry trends and technological advancements by staying informed of advancements in the industry
• Work effectively across teams, including geographically dispersed, to ensure client satisfaction
• Role may include domestic/ International travel
• Provide leadership through clear objectives, plans, guidance, and personal development for your team
