About the role

We're seeking a skilled Manager – Internal Audit, who will champion the integrity and advancement of our audit processes at Reckitt. Your responsibilities

- Offer expert advice across functions, driving a positive shift in both our control systems and organisational culture.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to implement internal auditing strategies that resonate with our global business objectives.
- Innovate and advance our Internal Audit processes, systems, and practices, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
- Analyse and interpret control and process issues to fortify our business against risks.
- Leverage the latest technologies in ERP systems to enhance reporting and audit efficacy.

The experience we're looking for

- Qualification as an accountant (CA / CPA / ACA / ACCA) with extensive experience post-qualification, including in people and team management.
- Strong commercial, financial, and manufacturing insights coupled with risk management skills.
- A solid track record of developing and enhancing 'Leading' Internal Audit processes.
- Effective communication skills with a history of influencing diverse professional groups.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems like JDE, SAP, Power BI, and adept at using technology for data interrogation and reporting.
