Product Manager – Control, Risk and Compliance will be a part of IT&D Shared Services and Controls tower, under the IT & D Finance and Legal group stream. The IT&D Shared Service, Controls tower will provide expertise in the Reckitt IT Product and Systems landscape and would comprise of Product Managers, scrum masters, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Analyst and others.
Control, Risk and Compliance defines the product vision and strategy while clearly articulating how the product fits into the ecosystem and maximises value in line with business objectives. You will develop strong relationships with customers/end users in order to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product development. You will get to manage and prioritise the product backlog so that the most valuable customer requirements are delivered first. You'll be overseeing the development stages of the product lifecycle (e.g., planning, refinement, review and sprint) and motivate the Product Team to understand customer needs and identify the best solutions for delivering customer value.
Here's some of what you'll be involved with;
- Implementation of short and long-term detailed product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Management of product backlog and dependencies based on strategy, objectives and customer/end users needs
- Gather user requirements and translate them into stories and specify acceptance criteria, acting as a bridge between the business and product team.
- Continuous improvements through regular product performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, service performance metrics, etc.
- Security compliance and risk-management across entire product scope
- Acts as primary communicator and link between all stakeholders (customers, end users, business community, development team, system and/or solution architects, and CIO office) and the product, working with these individuals to align product goals with business objectives and the enterprise architecture strategy
- Coordinates with other Product Managers and Product Line Managers on product dependencies
- Coordinates with Platform Team members on requirements for product delivery
- Oversees relationships with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services
What we're looking for:
- Relevant experience in the IT Risk, Assurance, Compliance, Business Security or Audit field (from IT perspective)
- previously implemented IT tools like GRC along with its integrations upstream & downstream.
- An excellent understanding in the areas of Finance, Audit and corresponding IT systems involved and touchpoints for SAP and Non-SAP applications
- Well versed in the SAP GRC/Fiori/Finance and Audit tools for non-SAP applications
- Able to holistically look at solutions (functional, technical, architectural) from an E2E standpoint
- Knowledge on the ITIL framework, specifically on Change Management process
- Plan / schedule project activities, Lead end-to-end design, solution, testing and end-to-end Product standpoint
- Working with cross functional teams (Finance, SAP, GFS) & 3rd party providers, including Vendors
