The objective of Retail media roles in Area team is to drive extra sales in more retailers more efficiently.
This objective is achieved by: 
1.    Provide the markets with tools and best practices.
2.    Help the markets identify gaps and solve them.
3.    Enroll sales teams in Retail media conversations to boost opportunities scouting and collaboration.
4.    Ensuring a brilliant event and e2e campaigns execution

Data and automation are a key part of Retail media management right now, with Skai as our main tool nowadays and exciting launches from IT & Digital coming up, as well as assessing other possibilities including how to better automate Citrus & Criteo. 
Always leading ourselves by driving our KPI's: sales, return on advertising spend, formula. The Success of Area RM roles is also related to the capacity of influencing and partner with a huge number of stakeholders: global team, markets, channel heads, GEI, IT&D, retailers, providers.
The RM manager will have a crucial role in the following areas:
1.    Lower funnel activation: Driving a new momentum of search. Data consolidation for benchmarking and gap identification. Auditing & supporting teams monthly. Citrus & Criteo play-booking and support. For any AI tool, leading and coordinating training, Support, strategy x-fertilization, championship of the tool.
2.    Imex Support: New joiners onboarding, coaching, war rooms
3.    Best in class: relentless pursue of brilliant executions and their escalation t other markets and Global teams
