You’ll ensure our cyber, technology and business control strategies are aligned. You’ll ensure our UK SOX controls framework is embedded and associated IT policies and controls are regularly reviewed and updated. You’ll took remediation teams across 1LOD who will be actively addressing controls gaps based on risk. You’ll spot the risks and keep us safe.

 

Here's what we're looking for...

You're:

  • Experienced in analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development and implementation
  • Instructional experience in a group business setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
  • Will have an understanding of SOX and how technical IT controls work
  • You have a good understanding of IT general controls and how these work in Reckitt.
  • You will have, or be working towards certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, cloud security, or similar.
  • You Ideally will have worked/been involved in internal audits / external audits.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

 

You’ll succeed because…

 

…you're able to promote and spread awareness about IT controls from the area of internal audit, external audit, IT Control Transformation Program and SOX BAU audit team. You will proactively work with IT product and platform owners, BSO and our partners to systematically raise their awareness of the need of the systemic IT system controls in our IT systems. You will coordinate and regularly report progress on training plans to senior stakeholders and management. You will provide IT control guidance based on Reckitt principles, Risk and Control Matrices (RACM) as well as best practices. You can influence and enforce strict controls to ensure that we comply with external and internal regulations
