Role Summary:
This role provides the opportunity for an experienced Product Manager within the Salesforce Automation and Distributor Management space to be the key strategic partner between our Global sales & IT&D community. Driving a simplification and digitization agenda, that ensures continued outperformance with our customers and consumers. A particular focus of this role is on improving our execution capabilities both for the consumer of today, and for the consumer of tomorrow.

In the role, you will:
- Champion the Reckitt data culture, co-creating joint strategies and synergies within Global & Market teams
- Drive the simplification agenda, ensuring we are making decisions in an optimized environment for our users
- To be an expert in Sales excellence principles across various channels
- Utilise IT operating model framework to facilitate planning, alignment, demand & change management
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and frameworks
- Stimulate new ideas to improve distribution and drive in-store execution, based on global insights, learnings, and executions
- Understand business requirements, managed enhancements and drives change management activities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (both business & IT) to align strategy, prioritisation, roadmaps, and resource.
- Establish, track, and monitor business value for all initiatives and IT&D products
- Develop hands on knowledge of the Sales Excellence tool being used in Reckitt
- Responsible for implementing, monitor, review Sales Excellence tools
- Manages Request, Escalations and provide inputs as needed
- Handle assigned BAU projects
- Testing of New / exiting functionality of Sales tools
*Due to the global nature of this role, domestic and international travel may be required.
Skills & Experience, Personal Attributes

- Financial skills, P&L understanding
- B. Tech / BE in any IT/Software-related discipline
- Understanding of FMCG Commercial Business Process (Distributor- Retail) will be an advantage
