About the role

Immerse yourself in the financial heartbeat of Reckitt as a Senior Treasury Analyst. This is a key role within the treasury team, where you'll be responsible for daily morning cash reconciliations and resolving any issues.  Whilst performing day to day maintenance of the intercompany loan portfolio, including quarterly loan interest posting in IT2Liaising with the Group Tax & International team on intercompany loans to ensure pricing is reflective of the new pricing matrix and set-up correctly in our IT2 system.

Navigate through preparing valuations and reconciliations for entities with a role that offers both challenge and influence. Your expertise will help chart our financial course and inform decisions that impact our global operations. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Process morning reconciliations of bank statements with IT2. 
  • Generate & review daily IT2 accounting postings and physically close IT2 at month-end and help resolve any accounting issues.
  • Run revaluations and other month end reports for Group Finance.
  • Prepare the monthly FX rec, Int rec file & FX Gain/loss file, GL codes.
  • Check cashflow hedge MTM for regions, resolves errors, generate MTM posting for month end and distribute to regions.
  • Perform quarterly reconciliation of external FX trades MTM.
  • Prepare FX rates for FP&A, actual and forward rates for planning team WD1 forward rates.
  • Manage quarterly intercompany loan interest posting in IT2.
  • Manage the roll-out of new intercompany loan matrix pricing. 
  • Be responsible for management and oversight of monthly reconciliation of group intercompany loans to HFM.
  • Prepare of quarterly Libor rates, issue, and upload into IT2.
  • Monitor and prepare for currencies moving away from IBOR to RFRs.
  • Achieve control improvements in intercompany funding records, documentation, and monitoring.
  • Maintain the Treasury site on RUBI and Business Continuity Plan.

The experience we're looking for

  • Treasury qualification (AMCT) or an accountancy qualification would be preferable.
  • Experience working on treasury/accounting/finance. 
  • Project management skills.
  • Recent direct working knowledge of IT2 (or a similar Treasury Management System).
  • Experience in Intercompany funding and related documentation.
  • Experience with FX /Cash Management.
  • Experience using HFM systems.
  • Experience working with SAP.
