The IT & Digital Customer & Medical function is tasked with the transformation of our Sales, Revenue growth and Medical Excellence  teams globally to have access to best-in-class tech and data driven decision making capabilities.

This role provides the opportunity for a highly experienced professional to be the key strategic partner between business needs and tech solutions. Driving a simplification and harmonized digital landscape via a solid solution architecture strategy, that ensures continued outperformance with our customers and consumers.

 

A little more on what you'll be helping with:

 

  • Leads identification and analysis of key industry and technology trends to assess potential effect on the Stream businesses and tech landscape, and facilitates their testing with the Innovation Team, the Solution Architects, and the Product Managers
  • Provides inputs and expertise to the IT&D Strategy Office and to Product (Group) Managers for budget definition and allocation of investments to meet business initiatives while optimizing the Stream Strategic Architecture
  • Builds the long-term strategic roadmap for the Stream tech and data architecture, linked to the Stream product groups
  • Contribution to IT&D Strategy - under the supervision and guidance of  primary Community of Practice Lead and Head of Enterprise Architecture
  • Facilitates and ensures the use of the IT&D governance principles within scope
  • Contributes to the building of the overall Enterprise Architecture community
  • Supports the IT&D strategy and planning process to align continuously with the company's business goals and objectives
  • Integrates Stream business and IT&D strategy into Stream strategic product architecture and enterprise architecture roadmap

 


Skills & Experience

 

Functional: Product requirement identification, Translation of the enterprise architecture to Product solution architecture
Technical: Strategic technology trend identification and selection, Understanding Technical Architecture (Infrastructure – Azure, GCP etc., Integration via tools like MuleSoft etc., Automation)
Methodologies: Application development, TOGAF (architecture framework)

  • Ability to coordinate cross-Product Groups / Lines

  • Commercially astute, able to understand different business functions and interdependencies
  • Evangelical about technology and can articulate the benefits to both technical and non-technical colleagues alike
