In Reckitt the Global eB2B will be responsible for:
•    Build our eB2B ecosystem – implementation, execution & scale
•    Drive existing eB2B platforms across markets
•    Business development and working on new business models
•    IMEX engagement, capability building and development


You will be responsible for:
•    Setting, implementing and executing the global strategy bringing local perspective (value proposition, market specs & needs, etc).
•    Setting, implementing and scaling our own eB2B platforms globally.
•    Setting, implementing and scaling the Execution Hub operation (Digital MKT, Site merchandising, Content strategy, Performance and Customer Service). 
•    Guaranteeing a wow UX on own eB2B platforms globally.
•    Governance on global eB2B models (existing & own platform)
•    eB2B capabilities development.
•    Building the future fit models & long term view.
•    Managing global P&L (Targets, KPIS and Budget) 
•    Guaranteeing data-driven wow & agile methodology (multifunctional).
•    Engaging and connecting with IMEX stakeholders: Leadership, Ecommerce, Sales, Legal and Finance
•    Driving performance & business impact.

You have experience in fields related to ecommerce, sales, digital market and trade market. You have experience in ecommerce ecosystem: sales and tech and experience in starting new projects in traditional companies or start-ups. You're results driven and strong in data analytics. You have the ability to manage different stakeholders and get their engagement on new business initiatives. You excel in performance management: deliver targets in a fast-paced environment, pivoting when needed. You're strong with leadership and team management. You have a strategic mindset and you're resilient.
