About the role

We're on the lookout for a Associate Medical Terriotry Manager Manado to champion Reckitt's iconic Medical brands. In this role, you'll guide our sales force, finding innovative ways to connect with healthcare practitioners and consumers, ensuring they have access to products that make a difference. Your strategic vision will enhance our market presence, and your collaborative approach will inspire a robust team dedicated to our mission: a cleaner, healthier world. Your responsibility

- Craft and execute a comprehensive district business strategy that propels our Medical brands to new heights.
- Inspire and mentor a team of skilled business development managers, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coherence and mutual progress within the company.
- Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies to optimise performance and compliance.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key industry partners to drive business success.
- Manage the district's resources with prudence and an eye for maximising returns.


 

Experience

- Proven sales and business development experience in healthcare or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- A successful history in hitting and exceeding targets within a challenging sales environment.
- Savvy interpretation of market data, transforming numbers into strategic action.
- Persuasive communicator, adept in presentation and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
- Devotion to our purpose, embracing our culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Ethical and professional conduct that aligns with Reckitt's global standards.
