National Account Manager | TALENT POOL (Expressions of Interest)
We are looking to speak to budding and commercially savvy sales professionals to join our high performing sales team in National Account Manager positions

This role is responsible in developing and implementing the sales strategy for key trade partners in alignment with Reckitt's strategic objectives. In addition to that, you will be responsible fot managing the customer relationship on an ongoing basis and to deliver on Reckitt's KPIs.
On the day to day you will be...
- Responsible for achieving strategic objectives with trade partners – i.e. Net Revenue, Trade Spend, Gross Margin, Scan Market Share, Product & Placement Share
- Building long term partnerships with the key trade partners
- Partnering with brand marketing to ensure successful execution of 4P objectives as well as promotional strategy including trade budget management, range and space optimisation etc.
- Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and trading terms.
- Looking after the implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy plans per portfolio
- Responsible for developing specific category plans & new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
You will succeed if you...
- Are educated to minimum Bachelor's degree level in a commercial subject
- Have a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local Retailers (FMCG would be ideal)
- Are results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Are Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
- Have strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities along with a good understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
- Have experience in influencing and engaging key figures in customer organisations
