About the role

This role offers the opportunity to lead all New Product Development process which drive the top line growth & continuous improvement programmes across the Supply organisation and to work closely with all supply and other business functions at local and regional level with a focus on improving gross margin and drive out non-value adding cost.
The role may span a broad cross section of the product supply area which could include Manufacturing, Planning and Forecasting, Quality, Logistics, embellishment and Procurement.   

Your responsibilities

-Manage and monitor all NPD/EPD project activities with factory/MKT, etc from initiation through to first shipment, ensuring all tasks and activities are completed according to the agreed-upon schedule
-Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective conflict resolution strategies
-Liaison with all stake holders (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing and Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
-Ensure regulation requirement is fully covered from project initiate
-Regularly review progress on all projects with MKT & supply teams and flagging risks and escalating issues to the management team
-Tracking, facilitation, and reporting (local and global) of all Projects 
-Liaison with all stake holders (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing and Commercial team, etc.) to ensure all changes are well recorded and criteria are established from product development stage to mass production stage 
-Act as key user for Master data system and change control
-Any adhoc projects aligned by management team

The experience we're looking for

•Multi-functional supply experience is preferred.
•Proactive communications and technical know-how to deliver all NPD/EPD launches.
•Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritize
•Capable of challenging current thinking and assumptions as to what is possible: able to squeeze all available benefit from each project
•Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, able to influence people of all levels
•Strong ability to review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes  
•Flexible to travel may be required.
•Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
