General Trade Senior Sales Supervisor

Description

• Managing Chain pharmacy and Chain super - Simple mart.
• Deliver sales performance in line with the company's objectives: Formulate winning account strategy to drive account's business growth, negotiate on and execute efficiently trade marketing activities, and ensure good product presence.
• Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor.
• Planning, implementing and monitoring all general trade sales activities within the assigned territory particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory in collaboration with the general trade sales manager
• Regular contacts and visits to distribution centers to help the commercial team by conducting regular audits from time to time and get market insights from the total territory.
• Close contact with and internal consultancy to the marketing team at planning and implementing consumer and driven activities in general trade channels.
• At least 3-year sales experience including minimum 1-year General Trade management in FMCG.
