About the role

As a dispatch coordinator deputy, you are responsible for organizing the delivery of finished products and the related administration. You maintain contact with carriers and recipients.

Your responsibilities

• Organizing the delivery of finished products
• Liaising with carriers and recipients
• Planning daily deliveries
• Ordering transport equipment in Transporeon
• Effective handling of complaints related to deliveries
• Maintaining WMS and JDE master data related to the work
• Preparing reports and statements

The experience we're looking for

 

• Proactive, determined and fast-learning personality
• Independent work
• Good communication skills
• Minimum secondary education, high school diploma
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Intermediate English language skills (verbal and written)
• MS Office knowledge – strong Excel skills
