This can include defining and evolving our workplace strategy, managing office layouts, seating arrangements, meeting rooms and the associated services required to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities � including the physical assets such as furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.

About the role

As an Office coordinator you will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly by filing documents, ordering office materials, managing daily workflow by creating efficient systems and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere and employee engagement by coordinating organization communication and organizing events.

Your responsibilities

  • Ordering office supplies, ensuring the operation of office equipment
  • Coordination of tasks related to catering
  • Full administration of mobile phones
  • Preparing and sending communications within the organization
  • Running a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program
  • Preparation and translation of internal company documents and policies
  • Event organization
  • Training organization
  • Participation in HR projects
  • HR administration
  • Performing other administrative tasks necessary to support office operations

The experience we're looking for

  • Proactive, decisive and quick-learning personality
  • Independent work
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum secondary education, high school diploma
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate English language skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of MS Office - strong Excel skills
