 As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring the efficacy of the department and improving operating processes.

 In this role you will...

• Manage the production area to meet all operational goals related to safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate daily production activities and resources to ensure daily objectives are met
• Work with the team to identify and resolve issues to enhance employee safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
• Develop the production team and build an effective operating culture by utilizing a performance management process that sets expectations, ensures on-going coaching, and assesses an employee's performance
• Implement and utilize solutions and technologies in support of improved safety, quality, and continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Provide technical leadership to resolve and/or troubleshoot production issues
• Communicate issues, goals, and objectives effectively and manage competing requests for the production team
• Ensure accurate and timely completion and review of production records

You’ll succeed because you… 

• Have previous experience as an Operations or Production Supervisor or have worked in a similar role
• Bring hands-on experience implementing operations processes and understand operational principles and policies
• Exhibit project management skills
• Have previously managed a production team
• Have previously worked within an FDA regulated environment
• Bring basic computer skills and can work within systems such as Windows, SAP, and WINS
• Can work with cross-functional teams
