You will...

  • Support the brand teams in the building of Communication Strategy material for each of the key brands for your region using global templates, and support in prioritising strategic drivers of growth
  • Translate these audiences into platforms, ensuring you select the right datapoints to keep them true to strategy as well as buyable, scalable and differentiated, and will keep a log of what audiences you are activating, how these are translated into platforms and how these evolve over time
  • Support key brands in shifting their audience activation strategy to future-proof tactics, and will do so while championing an ethical approach to consumer data
  • Own in-platform audience analytics and ensure that relevant insights are surfaced and appropriately democratised across the business

You'll succeed because you...

  •  Are a strategic and big-picture thinker, grounded in analytics and optimization, who can clearly, simply and convincingly articulate the role digital channels play in the marketing landscape, contextualize the value of digital for overall business goals and translate complex thinking into simple language that senior management can understand
  • Have natural curiosity and desire to help brands team achieve their goals
  • Have commercial, naturally driven and high energy to constantly rise to the challenge
  • Are confident in presenting both internally and externally
  • Have high proficiency in ad tech and marketing automation systems, particularly Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Google Marketing Platform. Hands on experience with the latter is a must
