Graduates Development Programme

Graduate Development Programme (GDP) gives you an in-depth look at our business as a whole, while immersing you in real roles within a functional area of the business to accelerate the career of young talents at Reckitt. You will gain valuable experience through proper mentoring, taking risks, and working in a dynamic environment.

About the role

 

Brand Marketing Specialist – Graduates Development Program (GDP)

Warsaw, Poland

As a Graduate, you will have a chance to join a fast-track 18-24 months (full-time), cross-function program for young talents with regional cooperation and dedicated regional development plan, having the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world’s most leading consumer products. It will enable you to gain an extensive view of the business and speed up your career!

During the program, you will go through at least 2 rotations between business functions/teams, starting at Marketing.

Your responsibilities

During 1st rotation, you'll:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand the unique needs, preferences, and media consumption habits of POME.
  • Develop a comprehensive POME marketing strategy with clear objectives, target segments, and key messaging.
  • Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and community partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, trade marketing) to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Track and measure marketing campaign results and ROI, reporting regularly to management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in POME marketing.

The experience & skills we're looking for

  • Bachelor or Master Graduate or a final year student at university/college
  • Preferably already bringing some experience (internship, student organization, etc.), FMCG nice to have
  • MS Office proficiency 
  • Fluent English & Polish
  • Ready to work in full-time (40h per week)
  • Willing to move and grow between business functions
  • Eager to develop, open-minded, ready to grow internationally, purpose-driven

  • Ideally internationally mobile
