Consumer Insights Manager

Description

Want to show the way in digital? As an Innovation & Insights Manager Pol&EE with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to explore the possibilities of digital and new media.

Responsibilities:

1.    Leverage consumers/HCPs insights for brands and business growth

a.    Build Insights, Tracking and validation (Consumers, shoppers, HCPs) agenda in collaboration with Brand Teams, alignment with I&A NEANZ. 
b.    Lead big insights/research project with Brand owners
c.    Test & learn and deploy new A&I methodologies and  tools
d.    Develop A&I capabilities in marketing based on #MarketingExcellence tools.
e.    Represent PLEE in Insights forums and discussions.
f.    Build PLEE Insights reporting based on agreed KPIs
g.    Estimate volume and value categories/ segments and brand growth (MS), as objective input to S&OP and financial process.
h.    Manage I&A budget.

2.    Drive innovations pipeline that unleashed growth agenda

a.    Identify growth opportunities based on market and consumers insights (new spaces)
b.    Evaluating innos potential concepts through consumers/HCPs/pharmacists interactions and other A&I methodologies
c.    Lead critical in-licensing inno projects for PLEE with close Area (all markets) and CDO collaboration
d.    Represent PL & EE voice in global/Area Innovations projects.

3.    Strategic support

a.    Contribute to Marketing strategy development
b.    Lead 3-5years strategic planning process.
