Want to drive a digital transformation? As a Digital Marketing Data Scientist you will help to get the best out of global data & measurements models implementation to ensure that our iconic brands are delivering best in class digital experiences to our customers
Key responsibilities:
- Providing requirements to the data engineering team to ensure features needed for an accurate and actionable outcome are made available
- Understanding of learning agendas and BAU business questions to help choose the best features, additional datasets and appropriate algorithms
- Driving deployment and scalability of new Data Products for the Hub; being a technical expert in product activation
- Responsibility over executing Data Products during Sprints/Campaigns and guaranteeing quality metrics (accuracy, speed, etc.)
- Partnering with global Data Science/AI Team to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products
- Supporting marketing, brand and media teams with technical expertise and explaining complex concept in simple terms
Our expectations:
- A MSc Degree in a field linked to quantitative research, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, market research, economy or closely related fields
- Strong understanding and work experience in data modelling and machine learning techniques (eg. regression, classification, attribution techniques, time series, XAI, automl, etc.)
- Contribution to continuous development of the analytics practice in scope, including service portfolio evolution and aligned to global frameworks for focus areas assigned to you
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analytics in and FMCG context
- Knowledge about how to use data to make decisions and drive business insight
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience
- Organised and sufficient at project management, working with many different stakeholders
- Knowledge on Data Science tools/ modules Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks; ML Flow and Nielsen databases knowledge is a plus
