Head of Mass Market

Head of Mass Market is responsible for leading Team of Channel Senior Key Account Managers, Key Account Managers responsible for Modern Trade/Omnichannel and Distributors Managers responsible for Traditional Trade/Independent Proximity channel. Person in the role is responsible for developing Mass Market Sales strategy, managing ongoing sales process, relationship building and collaboration with key Customers and Distributors and leading contractual negotiations in order to achieve Reckitt’s business objectives.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Mass Market Sales Team [recruitment, development, rewarding].

• Develop and execute Mass Market Channel Sales strategy.

• Collaborate internally and cross-functionally to develop winning Mass Market channel plans.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Partner with Customers and Distributors to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Lead creation of sales plans for the Mass Market channel in order to implement Reckitt’s total Poland market winning strategy.

• Identify and create plans to realize new sources of business growth/white spaces within Mass Market channel.

• Develop and meet financial targets leveraging budget preparation and implementation process.

 

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

• Seasoned Sales Team Leader with track record of growing and developing Sales Teams.

• Demonstrable experience as Head of Sales, Head of Channel Sales developing strong Customer relationships leading to joint Reckitt’s and Customer’s business growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills,

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Fluent English & Polish

• Flexibility to travel within Poland.
