You will...

• Working with the Hub LT on execution of all strategic initiatives related to building a strong employer image among the best people with technology background 
• Overseeing and leading advocacy activities (employer branding marketing, Social Media, Rating&Reviews) for Warsaw IT&D Hub 
• Developing local communities within the Hub  – create employee advocacy program, agenda for promotion on the local universities  
• Coordination of Hub calendar, local Townhalls, sharepoint  
• Monitoring, analyzing & synthesizing level of influence on Social Media and ROI from local EVP campaigns 
• Lead or/and support Hub equity projects such as recruitment events  

You'll succeed because you have...

• Have 3-5 years of experience in Social/Influencer/ Brand/Digital management gained in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG, agency) 
• Experience in working in an international environment and managing complexity  
• Believe in the potential of digital, influencer, social and have a will to further develop your skills in this field 
• Are proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo – you want to create trends and directions for the Hub promotion, not just follow those who exists. 
• Have way with words and creating catchy communication 
• Love and want to invent and cocreate new ways of developing the Hub 
• Are fluent in English and Polish 
• Great at relationship building with different stakeholders
