Your responsibilities

  • Support the DAM Platform Manager in realising platform strategy through incremental improvements to the platform. 
  • Partner with customers to elicit, analyse, documents and manage platform requirements.
  • Collaborate with other developers, architects, and project managers to design and develop high-quality integrations and APIs.
  • Have an eye for detail and strong problem solving skills
  • Work with vendors and platform team to conduct paper-based designs, solutioning sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the demand management lifecycle.
  • Work with the Service Desk and Platform Team members to resolve platform incidents, problems or queries that cannot be resolved in isolation. 

The experience we're looking for

  • 2+ years experience as a system admin or system configuration related field.
  • Experience in solution design; with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, including Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
  • Expert proficiency in English with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the SaaS space
  • Desirable - Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including CloudHub, API Manager, and Anypoint Studio.
  • Desirable - Experience developing RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration patterns.
  • Desirable - Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework.
  • Desirable – experience within DAM technology solutions
  • Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience
  • Agile software development methodologies e.g., Scrum, DSDM, XP, FDD, SAFe
  • Microsoft Office Suite to Proficient level.
