Main responsibilities:

  • Production of deployable product increments that satisfy documented customer/end user requirements
  • Delivering high-quality and secure code, ensuring compliance with relevant technical standards
  • Developing and/or configuring relevant technologies and architectural components, e.g. user interfaces, middleware, databases
  • Implementing automated and manual test scripts with documented results
  • Collaborating with Product Team members to design, develop, document and test technical solutions that satisfy product requirements
  • Working with Solution Architects to shape complex solutions according to technology capabilities and architectural standards
  • Coordinating with Platform Team members (e.g. Platform Owner) on requirements for product delivery
  • Cooperating with Service Desk to resolve product incidents, problems or queries which they cannot resolve in isolation
  • Consulting selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing and support services

Our requirements:

  • Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Relevant server-side languages and frameworks - NodeJS, Express
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript framework React, Gatsby or other SSG technology
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture, headless CMS (Contentstack), GraphQL
  • Knowledge and understanding of product services and associated tools
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines and architecture standards
  • Experience in full stack engineering, automated deployment, continuous integration and TDD
  • Knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps deployment methodologies
  • Innovative and experimental approach
  • Strong communication skills
