IT&D Business Analyst (Pharma CRM)

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with Business Stakeholders to elicit analyse, document and manage product requirements to ensure that the solutions meet those needs.


Required: strong business domain knowledge; basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, architecture standards

Desired: familiarity with IT standards and controls

You will be working with: Product Team, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, Solution Architects and Platform Team Members

In the role, you will:

  • Elaborate, analyse, document, and test product requirements (e.g., features, user stories)
  • Utilize IT operating model framework to facilitate planning, alignment, demand & change management
  • Work as a SME of the tool and manage stakeholders in different countries on Global Sales Solutions
  • Understand business requirements, managed enhancements and drives change management activities
  • Be responsible for implementing, monitor, review Sales Excellence tools
  • Manage requests, escalations and provide inputs as needed to assigned countries
  • Prepare and deliver product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams
  • Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value
  • Identify relevant security and compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of product development

You’ll succeed because you have:

  • Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls
  • Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities/risks they present to the business domain
  • Experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards
  • Understanding of headless CMS (Contentstack), static site generation (Gatsby) and microservices
  • Understanding of Design System principals
  • Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques
  • Competent user of requirements management tools
