Required: business domain knowledge (Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital), reporting capabilities (PowerBI); basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, architecture standards

Desired: familiarity with IT standards and controls

You will be working with: Business Stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital), Data Analysts, Global Product Teams, Solution Architects 

Main responsibilities:

• Elaborating, analyzing, documenting and testing product requirements (e.g., features, user stories)
• Utilizing IT Operating Model framework to facilitate planning, alignment, demand & change management
• Working as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) of Sales tools and manage stakeholders in different countries on Global Sales Solutions
• Understanding business requirements, managing enhancements and driving change management activities
• Being responsible for implementing, monitor, review Sales Excellence tools
• Managing requests, escalations and provide inputs as needed to assigned countries
• Prepare and deliver product technical guides and training materials to end users
• Building dashboards in reports in PowerBI for data visualization, insights analysis and decision-making
• Designing business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value
• Identifying relevant security and compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of product development

Our requirements:

• Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen (Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital), familiar with IT standards and controls
• Good experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense
• Familiar with developing PowerBI reports, data integration, modeling, presentation tactics and concepts
• Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities/risks they present to the business domain
• Experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards
