You will...

• Design and execute an integrated community development and communications plan for Marketing & eRB IT&D team
• Proactively participate in the broader communications and change management community practice
• Develop and maintain digital communication assets – includes sharepoint portals and workplace groups
• Lead preparations, moderate and organise all significant communication events
• As required, handle logistics/organise governance forums for senior leadership team

• Practical experience in community development and digital communications
• Excellent consultative approach to community development 
• Knowledge of CPG industry is a bonus
• A degree in Marketing or STEM subjects
