Role Purpose:  

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Scrum Master to facilitate and drive our cloud-based projects, ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Agile Leadership: 

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Foster a collaborative and transparent environment that encourages communication, cooperation, and continuous improvement. 

2. Cloud Expertise: 

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application in project development. 
• Provide guidance on best practices for cloud-based development and deployment. 

3. Scrum Master Role: 

• Serve as a servant-leader to the platform engineering team, removing impediments and ensuring the team's success. 
• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices. 

4. Project Management: 

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. 
• Track and communicate project progress, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. 

5. Continuous Improvement: 

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Facilitate regular retrospective sessions to reflect on team performance and implement improvements. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent work experience. 
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant certifications. 
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a cloud-based development environment. 
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and services. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
