You will be responsible for...

 

  • Driving the architecture and technology solutions that underpin Reckitt's Modern Management Infrastructure (EUC), Office 365 and Collaboration. The desired outcome is to deliver a high-performing, continuously improved end-user experience as part of Reckitt's Digital Workplace.
  • Support Product Managers responsible for these business-critical internal products used daily by 40k+ employees and partners at Reckitt.
  • Assist in defining the product roadmap and required capabilities.
  • Understanding the technical landscape and engage relevant SMEs as required.
  • Creating, reviewing and/or approving design changes in this technical area.
  • Advise Product Managers on product optimization against agreed budgets for licensing and support costs. Participate and influence decisions on vendor contract renewals, changes and RFP processes.

 

 

Scope of work...

 

 

  • Supporting the Modern Management Product Manager, O365 Product Manager & Collaboration Product Manager, the role is responsible to ensure that the product roadmap is defined, and that any technology deployment or change is successful and optimised in terms of capability, flexibility and simplicity.
  • They will adhere to the architecture and technology governance processes for the Reckitt technology landscape. Leads and/or facilitates the development of appropriate standards and best practices, in addition to the paths by which they may be achieved and monitored.
  • Communicates detailed technical information in both written and verbal form across a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders, users, developers, project management, and other architects.
  • Represents Digital Workplace in demand process, participating in forums such as ARB.
  • Collaborates with Reckitt colleagues, customers, vendors, and other parties to understand and develop solutions. Working closely with Cyber Security, Legal and Privacy teams to ensure compliance is maintained.
  • Develops a sound understanding of existing relevant technology, vendors, systems and processes, their strengths and limitations, providing practical solutions on how they may be improved and developed.
  • Leads in the evaluation and/or selection of configurations, solutions or products, including, vendor and product evaluations.
  • Acts as an escalation point for technical teams and provides guidance and hands on expertise.
  • Applies strong analysis, research and problem-solving skills across a wide array of systems and situations, including those which may be unfamiliar, in order to address critical issues.
     

You'll succeed because you have...

 

  • 5+ Years of relevant technical IT experience.
  • Hands on experience of Office 365 at scale, covering Exchange, Teams, Azure AD, Conditional Access, AD Sync as solution architect or similar technical authority.
  • Experience of Windows 10/11 and EUC tooling (preferably SCCM or Intune) deployments at scale (more than 10k devices).
  • Preferably, professional experience across technology landscape that may include: 
  1. Windows 10 or Windows 11
  2. SCCM / Intune / Autopilot / Windows imaging (MDT)
  3. Software packaging techniques and deployment
  4. Endpoint Analytics, WUfB experience
  5. Office365 (Exchange, Teams, Compliance, M365 Apps)
  6. Azure AD, Conditional Access, AD Sync
  7. MS Teams Rooms, Teams Phone system, other third party UC / VOIP solutions
  8. PowerShell / scripting
  • Strong technical documentation creation and review skills.
  • Experience working in remote / virtual Global teams with diverse geographic project delivery, with experience of working with managing outsourced / offshore teams.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Process and ITIL documentation requirements.
  • Previous experience of GxP environments would be an advantage but not required.
