About the role

We are looking for a MarTech Adoption Manager to join our team and help Reckitt achieve its marketing goals with our Marketing Content Management technology. Reckitt is a global leader in health, hygiene, and nutrition, with a portfolio of trusted brands that improve the lives of millions of people every day.

 

As a MarTech Adoption Manager, you will be the Global point of contact for Reckitt's marketing function, ensuring that they can create, manage, and distribute engaging and relevant content across multiple channels and platforms. As Reckitt operates in over 50 countries globally, you are supported by a network of IT&D colleagues in each key geography co-responsible for driving tech adoption in the company.

Your responsibilities

You will work closely with the teams that use our technology for Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and packaging artwork management. You will be a member of the wider Global IT&D Team that manage these solutions. Each Platform team is focused on ensuring the respective platforms are continually evolving and fit for purpose, and this role facilitates the continued adoption of the combined ecosystem from the point of view of the Marketing users, ensuring the wider benefits are clear to the marketing community. These technologies are essential tools used in combination for creating, managing, and distributing high-quality content for Reckitt's products across different channels and markets, yet today can be seen to operate in isolation. You will help Marketing leverage our technology to streamline their workflows, ensure consistency and accuracy of their content, and improve their time-to-market.

The experience we're looking for

 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives and stakeholders

- Strong knowledge of content marketing best practices, trends, and tools, as well as the ability to translate them into actionable insights and recommendations

- Experience in using Content Operations Management technology or similar platforms to create, manage, and distribute content across multiple channels and platforms

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure and improve the impact and ROI of content marketing initiatives

- Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate

- A growth mindset and a passion for learning new things and staying updated on the latest developments in the industry

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communication, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or consulting role in a B2B SaaS company

- Experience working with clients in the health, hygiene, or nutrition industry or a similar vertical

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
