Responsibilities:

Partnering with leadership teams from across IT&D, you’ll establish your team and enable our organisation to drive value from Enterprise Portfolio Management

• Be the Product Owner for our Enterprise Portfolio Management product (ServiceNow), establishing the Project and Portfolio Centre of Excellence, developing good practice and sharing this with the wider Reckitt community
• Own and develop the roadmap for Enterprise Portfolio Management and associated tools working in partnership with our technology vendor and platform teams and clearly communicate this to our Reckitt stakeholders
• Develop relationships with external partners such as Service Now to ensure Reckitt and vendor roadmaps are aligned to deliver mutual value
• Maintain and grow your knowledge of other vendors delivering similar capabilities and the wider technology landscape to contribute to the ongoing development of our Enterprise Portfolio Management roadmap
• Drive adoption of the Enterprise Portfolio Management tools, processes and capabilities, measure and report adoption and value realised
• You will manage and assess the IT&D Portfolio by establishing consistent portfolio information and evaluation methods, achieving transparency, visibility of the Reckitt IT&D portfolio and the appropriate tools and metrics helping set the right priorities with stakeholders, to ensure all critical issues are discussed and delivered upon
• Support the development and prioritisation of the strategic IT&D portfolio with Senior IT&D Leaders, to balance value, resources, and risk • Work with colleagues from across the IT&D function to maintain and improve portfolio integrity and data quality
• Work with the Strategy and Planning Leadership team to develop methods and approaches support the Resource Management process, enabled by tooling
• Work in partnership with members of the Strategy and Operations teams across the Product Streams to highlight and share good practice and promote continuous improvement across IT&D
• Establish the regular cadence for the KPIs and metrics to be reported to enable the performance of the portfolio and resources to be monitored
• Through your deep understanding of the portfolio support and contribute to the creation of Reckitt IT&D strategy, strategic plans and roadmaps working in partnership with our product streams
• Develop presentations/material to enable the IT&D Strategy & Planning Director to deliver clear, concise and inspirational messages to the senior stakeholders, produce high quality management information in response to ad-hoc requests
