IT&D Platform Operations Engineer 
Warszawa, Mazovia Province 

You will be responsible for: 


  • Support of technical issues related to data flows or front-end functionality
  • Customer Data Platform related activities and technical solutioning
  • Performing platform management activities such as configuring new data sources, configuring database exports, segments and orchestrating data from CDP to Business intelligence solutions and other destinations
  • Platform configuration and validation including data briefing and requirements
  • Extracting data sources, customer segments and managing customer data
  • Supporting the incident management process and rest of the platform team in assessing the severity of the issues and new demands
  • Align technical activities on the CDP Platform and integrations with the aim of ensuring successful partnership between the business teams and product teams
  • Monitor consumer data platforms systematically and provide solutions and suggestions that help ensure better performance


You will be working with: 


  • Service Desk and Product Team members - to resolve platform incidents, problems, or queries which cannot be resolved in isolation
  • Platform Team members (e.g., Platform Manager, Platform Engineers) to implement changes and to ensuring reusability of platforms
  • Product members (e.g., Product Manager) to coordinate on requirements for platform delivery
  • Platform Managers - by supporting them on the development and execution of the platform strategy
  • Platform Architects - to shape complex solutions according to technology capabilities and architectural standards
  • UX/UI designers – to seek their input on defining solutions/requirements to ensure they are easily usable (Dev-Ex)
  • Vendors/suppliers ¬- maintaining a working relationship with those involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services


In candidate we are looking for: 


  • Clear communication skills (both in verbal and written English)
  • Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience in solution design; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Abreast of the latest advancements in relevant vendor offerings and emerging technology trends
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Technologies such as CDPs, CRM Tools and web engagement tools
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant area
  • Ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues, and activities
  • Experience with SQL and Non-SQL and database like MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office package (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops or Service Now is a plus
