Responsibilities:

Partnering with the colleagues from across IT&D, you’ll be a key member of the Project and Portfolio Centre of Excellence. You’ll:

  • Help establish the Centre of Excellence, developing ways of working, reporting and performance measures • Develop good practice for our Enterprise Portfolio Management tool (Service Now) working in partnership with our Ways of Working team, and sharing this with the wider Reckitt community
  • You will support the management and assessment of the IT&D Portfolio by establishing consistent portfolio information, achieving transparency, visibility of the Reckitt IT&D portfolio
  • Effectively manage requests for access to tools and information, managing license allocation to support Total Cost of Ownership and Adoption Activities  
  • Work with colleagues from across the IT&D function to maintain and improve portfolio integrity and data quality
  • Support the regular cadence for the KPIs and metrics to be reported to enable the performance of the portfolio and resources to be monitored
  • Support the development of presentations/material to enable the IT&D Strategy & Planning leadership team to deliver clear, concise and inspirational messages to the senior stakeholders, produce high quality management information in response to ad-hoc requests
  • Effectively manage queries and engage with the team to deliver successful resolution
  • Develop effective reporting to support performance management of the CoC and wider IT&D 
  • Establish effective relationships across IT&D, the wider Reckitt and with our external suppliers
