About the role
Would you like to be part of Marketing-wide AI transformation to enable Genesis Product across markets? As Product Director, you’ll have the opportunity to reinvent how our marketeers work in a (GenAi)-enabled world— building custom-built (Gen)AI-enabled solutions to remove the burden of repetitive tasks and freeing our teams to focus on what truly matters as the core Marketing functional activities.
Genesis Marketing Productivity suite is envisioned to give us a competitive edge and deliver efficiency & effectiveness in Marketing function. We will look to you to be responsible for all Genesis Marketing Productivity suite ensuring end-to-end value for each product is delivered from ideation to retirement. You will be accountable for providing strategic input into defining Reckitt’s AI strategy & then ultimately own the execution of that strategy in driving Marketing Productivity.

Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the launch and on-going development of Genesis products, services and applications across Reckitt Globally to support the AI Marketing productivity strategy.
- Lead Product councils with stakeholders and ensure consensus on priorities.
- Provide necessary leadership and act as an agile coach in running a product centric team for Gensis Marketing Productivity, delivering product roadmaps outlined / aligned with Stakeholder.
- Work closely with IMEX, CGO, CAP & IT&D teams and to deliver in the most effective product while continuing to innovate & provide competitive advantage.
- Measuring the potential opportunity of new features and products before they are built and their impact after they are released by providing insight and advanced analysis based on user activity and efficiency in return.
- Providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Owner & accountable of Product KPIs such as adoption & value creation.
- Continuously seeking to opportunities to optimize tech/service to be able reinvest for improving product.
